Принимают почту не понятно когда..ждал полее 7 часов от отметки покинуло пункт сортировки до прихода на почту...а их там 4 сотрудника

Кто нанимает таких сотрудников, ноль клиентоориентированности, не знают ответов на рабочие вопросы! Если вводите нововведения в работе почты, учите своих сотрудников! Про озон вообще молчу! Не знают как отменить заказ на пункте выдачи, нет места для осмотра товара, отсутствует место где можно примерить вещь!

Качеством обслуживания почтового отделения №29 на ул. Маршака в целом удовлетворена. Девочки всегда внимательны и доброжелательные. Но очень неудобно то, что здесь за ком. услуги нет возможности рассчитаться картой. Не всегда есть наличные. И отдельного внимания требует вопрос ПО ДОСТАВКЕ КВИТАНЦИЙ ТРИЦ. Не в курсе, как у других, тем более что у многих сегодня подключен автоплатёж. Но у меня лично (ул. Блюхера, дом 4, третий подъезд) в почтовом ящике квитанция на оплату ком. услуг появляется или только после 10 числа, или вообще её нет. При том, что оплата должна производиться до 10 числа ежемесячно. Неоднократно высказывалась об этом на почте. Часто приходится платить по л/с не зная, за что плачу. Прошу принять меры по своевременной доставке расчётных квитанция ТРИЦ за ком. услуги – до 8 числа ежемесячно.
