Отвратительная работа отделения. Электронная очередь отсутствует. Выдали чужую посылку. Телефон отделения постоянно в статусе занят. При обращении в колл. центр никакого положительного результата, предлагают посетить отделение. Качество услуг на '' высшем уровне,''.

Обслуживание медленное. Постоянно собираются очереди, Сотрудницы какие-то уставшие и недовольные. К таким 10 раз подумаешь, прежде чем с вопросом обратиться. Неприятное ощущение.

Очень часто заказываем различные товары из Китая. В последнее время перестали приходить уведомления о том, что посылка пришла. Раньше хоть смс на телефон приходила или в почтовый ящик бросали. Ну ладно, всё равно каждую неделю туда хожу, не страшно. Некоторые девушки очень странно реагируют на просьбу проверить, есть ли что-то для меня ещё, был случай, когда даже отказались. Окон, действительно, слишком мало. Очередь иногда стоит даже на улице. Сегодня воскресенье, работают все три окна, а в отделении пусто. Странно, что в будние дни работает только одно окно(
