Сотрудники почтового отделения г. Ирбит, ул. Комсомольская, 76 очень грубые, при выдаче почтовой корреспонденции и почтовых посылок создают волокиту и бюрократию, не смотря на предоставление паспорта и удостоверений личности, работают очень медленно, чем создают очереди и долгое ожидание даже взрослого поколения. Не проявляют никакого уважения к детям и пожилым людям, отвечают не просто грубо, а по хамски, а иногда совсем игнорируют и не отвечают на заданные вопросы. Сотрудник, выдающая пенсии разговаривает с пенсионерами на повышенных тонах, Просьба выше стоящее руководство обратить внимание. К сожалению, не каждый обращающийся может оставить отзыв в интернете, жалоб очень много.

Обслуживание оставляет желать лучшего! Персонал не умеет разговаривать культурно с людьми. Персонал грубят даже пожилым людям, неоднократно наблюдала!👎
