Из 3ёх окон работает только одно, рядом окно стало захвачено Вайлдберриз, всё очень долго. Уберите этот вб из почты, пусть лучше будет сотрудник почты работать с клиентами.

График с 9 до 21:00 это конечно хорошо, пришел в 20:00 обе двери закрыты . Операторы сидят улыбаются, двери не открывают

По моему месту жительства мне отказали в отправке посылки в другой город, ссылаясь на то, что я сама обязана через приложение оформить отправку. Пришлось написать жалобу и ехать в другой район, в Почтовое отделение 622049: Работала единственная , но очень приветливая сотрудница Гулящева Наталья Анатольевна. Ответила на все ее вопросы и она За 5 минут оформила мне отправку. Очень ей благодарна! Спасибо большое!! С уважением, Хамидова Елена Валерьевна
