Перед праздниками, 8 мая, решил заплатить коммунальные платежи. В конце дня подошел к данному отделению. Встал в очередь, которая начиналась на улице. В здание пускаю по одному человеку, в связи с эпидемией. Простоял около 30 мин. Пора было входить в помещение, моя очередь. Тут вышла молодая сотрудница указанного заведения которая пояснила, что она вспомнила о завтрашнем праздничном дне и в соответствии с трудовым законодательством приняла решение закрыть заведение на час раньше. На мой вопрос почему об этом нельзя было предупредить заранее или вывесить объявление, девица ответила что наши проблемы и захлопнула дверь. Обидно было не так за себя, как за стоящую за мной в очереди молодую девушку с маленьким ребенком. Видимо совсем плохи дела Почты России, если они принимают на работу хамоватых и ленивых сотрудников.

26.05.2020 Некомпетентный оператор, не правильно проинформировала об отправке посылки за границу - сказала что из за короновируса посылки не отправляют. Пришлось обращаться на сайт почты России, где грамотно проинформировали и подсказали 52 ОС, где и отправил посылку
