На почте обычно оплачиваю ком.платежи, на этой неделе новое введение, интересно чье? Не стали брать оплату за электроэнергию ссылаясь на то, что администрация почты обязала всех клиентов купить полис страхования, без него ну никак... Народ возмутился, страховка дело добровольное, но операторы ни в какую не берут оплату если не оформить страховку за 45 руб один раз в месяц. С какого перепуга? За оплату на почте с нас взымают комиссионные и нехилые!!! Информации нет ни одном информационном стенде, сложилось впечатление, что они сами не знают за что мы должны платить. На сайте Почты Росси четко описаны права на страховки по любому случаю, но вот на ком. платежи это было огромным открытием. Это противоправное действие за которое можно ответить перед законом. Для чего Почта России занимается поборами с населения, с чьего "умного" указа? Работать стали из рук вон плохо, то все время меняется график работы, то кричат на клиентов чтобы не толпились, хотя отделение не маленькое и можно вполне впускать по три-четыре человека. Но зачем? Пусть пенсионеры или мамы с колясками стоят на холоде и соблюдают дистанцию? К операторам отношусь хорошо, девочки всегда вежливые и работают правильно, но как всегда с перегибами,и очень хочется не портить настроение от посещения почты.
