Вчера , 21.04.2026 г. посетили почту России по адресу Фрунзе 19 , в 18:20. Сидела очень грубая женщина на кассе. Если к завершению рабочего дня у нее нет настроения , это не повод выплескивать своё недовольство на посетителей почты. У нас заказали «Авито» доставку , на 2 посылки. Посылка была упакована в большие прочные пакеты , на сайте о доставке указано, что упаковать груз в пакеты допускается. На что сотрудница отказала нам в приеме посылок, ссылаясь на то, что нету коробок. Я спросила , есть ли коробки в продаже? Я считаю, что на почте это свойственно , иметь в продажах упаковки для отправления груза. На что с криком она нам ответила «коробок нет, идите ищите где хотите». И мне пришлось бегать по ближайшим магазинам и спрашивать коробки…Остались очень не приятные ощущения, после встречи с данной сотрудницей. А если и действительно у Вас в продаже нет коробок , и даже просто упаковок, то стоит задуматься, что на почте России это необходимо ….

Бабы которые работают в этом отделении, оборзели уже в корягу , который раз я отпрашиваюсь с работы и прихожу с работы и прихожу в 17.30 , но отделение уже закрыто, стоит здоровенная баба, которая не пускает никого в отделение, вы совсем чтоли улетевшие
