Очереди. Постоянно зависает компьютер: оплату за услуги чаще принимают наличными. Отремонтирован1/2 часть фундамента, не убрана куча глины, которая осталась после установки пандус. Что радует - очень доброжелательный персонал - спасибо!

График работы с 8:00, однако с 8:00 никого нет. Повесьте реальный график работы отделения либо работайте согласно вывешанному графику.

Самое лучшее почтовое отделение в городе. Да, бывают сбои в программном обеспечении, но это не вина отделения. Сотрудницы всегда отзывчие, идут на встречу, много раз меня выручали. Работаю с ними 9 лет. Даже стала посылки с АлиЭкспресс на их адрес оформлять. Буду к ним ездить даже с другого конца города!

Разбавлю шквал негатива. Правильно говорят - все познается в сравнении. При смене почтового отделения с 27 на 133 ВДРУГ стали доходить неотслеживаемые посылки с алика, там пропадало процентов девяносто. И не просто доходить, а ещё и звонят, когда она приходит. Трекающееся отправление спокойно выдали по треку без фраз "мы пока не разобрали мешки и вообще без извещения нечего приходить!" Отправляла посылку - долговато, но не смертельно. Если народу много я и стоять не буду, просто зайду на следующий день, когда людей почти нет и спокойно получу/отправлю.
