Это моё почтовое отделение, поэтому особо выбирать не приходится, но при этом могу сказать, что сотрудники всегда адекватные, могут даже посоветовать что то, сегодня и пусто было, народу-никого.

Сразу скажу, у меня нет претензии к девушкам и к обслуживанию. Претензия к Почте России и ее безумной цифровизации. Почему на каждое действие требуют код из Приложения? С какой стати??? Моя пожилая мама 80 лет не может теперь отправить заказное письмо, не носит с собой телефон, не имеет приложения, ее попросили обратиться к молодым родственникам. Почему? Она может написать письмо и принести на почту, указать адрес и заплатить за услугу! Почта России что, оплачивает мобильные телефоны или мобильную связь? На каком основании требовать всех подряд работать через Приложение? Такую же картину наблюдала в других отделениях и с другими людьми, когда их посылают устанавливать Приложение и НЕ ОКАЗЫВАЮТ УСЛУГИ ПОЧТЫ. На каком основании ваши услуги стали не всем доступны?
