Ужасное отделение. И притензии скорее к руководству чем к сотрудникам. Такое чувство , что эта организация послана из ада. Каждое нововведение, не упрощает жизнь людям а приносит много , очень много неудобств. Чтобы отправить посылку , письмо 1 классом нужно самостоятельно заполнить все данные в приложении, упаковать, оплатить, распечатать бланк, отстоять очередь 2 часа и только тогда возможно получится отправить. Очень жалко пожилых людей, которые не умеют пользоваться компьютерами. Наблюдала картину как бабушка сидела оформляла в отделении самостоятельно отправку письма, то есть она отстояла очередь , её отправили оформлять самостоятельно, она больше часа сидела оформляла, плакала что не получается и добрые люди все вместе помогли наконец ей оформить. Это бред, это ужас, зачем почта существует , думаю было бы всем проще если бы её закрыли.

Это просто издевательство над людьми! Второй день прекращают обслуживание прямо передо мной! Либо совсем закрывайте филиал, либо работайте по-человечески! Сборище альтернативно одаренных... Час с лишним из жизни - как корова языком((((

Пришло пугающее уведомление🫣 Конечно не знаю как там их коллеги работают в Москве, но если работники этой почты еще и заказы еды начнут доставлять, то мы точно умрем с голоду.
