Бесконечная очередь. Толпа людей не знающих зачем и куда пришли. Операторы по 20 минут смотрят тупо в комп, потом спрашивают у клиента как это сделать. Бред. Рекомендую идти всем к другим транспортным компаниям. Где нет такого . За час стояния в очереди, не продвинулось ни на одного человека. И я не дождался даже, просто забил болт. Отвратительно.
