Прекрасное отделение, персонала конечно маловато, и вечером порой сильно загруженно, хотя сотрудники стараются быстро обслуживать, и на качество это не влияет, вежливо и адекватно общаются. Единственное что бы очень хотелось увидеть при входе, понятный указатель в какую сторону идти, если посылка или письмо и т.д. а то иногда стоишь в одну очередь, а тебе в другую. В целом отделение хорошее. Недавно пришла бандероль без отслеживания, мне позвонил сотрудник, сказал что она пришла и объяснил куда подойти. Желаю отделению дальнейшего развития и понимающих людей))

06.11.2020 в течение 40 минут был в почтовом отделении 620102. За это время обслужен 1 человек, а второго только начали обслуживать. На выдаче посылок 1 человек, вместо штатных 3-х. При этом есть 4 окна на выдачу. Очередь на момент моего ухода 16 человек. Одну посылку выдают 20-30 минут. Дополнительных сотрудников за время ожидания, так и не вывели. В книге заявлений и предложений 100% записей о нереальных очередях и времени ожидания, и ни одного конструктивного ответа за всю историю записей в книге, кроме извинений на бланке по шаблону. Заведующую отделением сотрудники позвать не могут. Терминал по выдаче талонов в очередь не работает больше года. На входе отсутствует информация о необходимости одевать маски (Ковид). Обслуживают клиентов без масок. Уважаемая Почта России, из вышесказанного, вам есть над чем поработать в данном конкретном отделении, и проработать необходимо срочно.
