Почта стала намного лучше. Выдача посылок проходит быстро, практически нет очередей. А в этом отделении ещё и приятный, вежливый персонал

В очереди передо мной было 5 человек. На почте я 1.5 часа. Работает одна сотрудница. Молодой человек передо мной получал посылку: показал штрих-код, сотрудница ушла на 10 минут, принесла бумажку. Отправлять письма минут по 20 тут. В зале, где полно народу очень душно. Пожалуйста, примите меры. Наймите больше сотрудников. Обучите их. Они не компитентны, ничего не могут. Сюда не хочется возвращаться.

Огромные очереди!!! Самое ужасное отделение почты России в городе Екатеринбурга. Сотрудник 1 на приёмке и выдаче конвертов. Ждала свою очередь 2,5 часа. Пожалуйста, выводите большее количество сотрудников.
