Сегодня пришел в это отделение, ибо мое обычное и ставшее любимым, ПО 92 имело проблемы с марками. Бывает. Соседнее отделение ПО 72 по Панельной 13. Пришел туда (02.10 в 14.30) и с порога услышал крики и разборки. Стою, приходит моя очередь, отправляю книжку весом 700гр и прошу оформить заказной бандеролью. Мне сообщают сумму в 450р с доставкой до Москвы. 700гр, книжка, 450р. Когда я пытался возразить, пошел поток унижений и криков, включая якобы начальника предприятия. Мне, как недотепе, пытались доказать, что бандероль принимается весом до 500гр, исключительно документы, отправка же книги - это посылка. При все при том, что в 2(!!!) соседних отделениях ( на Сыромолотова и Профессорской) отправка подобной книги с похожим весом обходилась в 200р в среднем и, ясное дело, бандеролью. На лицо обман, нарушение их же правил работы и попытка воровства денежных средств. Категорически предлагаю всем не связываться с этим тн "отделением", а пройти лучше 200м до Сыромолотова и оформить отправку там, либо на Профессорской, лтбо даже съездить на центральный почтампт. Ко всему прочему, грубое и громкое общение "начальника" и подчиненной и их обеих с клиентами полностью отвращает от желания туда ходить. Никому не желаю!!

С благодарностью к коллективу почты 620072 Отличный коллектив ,слажена работа , приходишь с позитивом и уходишь с позитивом а жалуются только несчастные люди вот Бесценно ,что есть такие коллективчики))))) Ремонт нужен в любом случае
