Сегодня в отделении на Технической г. Екатеринбурга получала бандероль. Была очередь. Я была в шоке от оператора который вел себя как "мальчик-переросток". Когда подошла моя очередь, его ответ меня убил: "Вставайте, в одну очередь я устал". Я не стала скандалить, потому что это бесполезно. А ничего, что я пришла до обеда примерно в 12.30. Обеденный перерыв для кого придумали ??? ладно, хоть я успела, после меня собралась на улице очередина. Желаю чтобы этого "переростка-слабака" также везде обслуживали.
