И помещение старенькое, и очереди бывают. Но сейчас стало несравнимо лучше, чем было лет пять назад. В большинстве случаев я просто прихожу, отстаиваю очередь из пары человек и получаю посылку без проблем, подтверждая свою личность кодом из sms. И спасибо сотрудникам за то, как они работают. Видно, что прямо стараются.

Конечно само здание не идеальное,но сотрудники молодцы ,доброжелательны и улыбчивы ,как они вообще там работаю мне их очень стало жалко.Прошу руководство улучшить им рабочие места.

Ну могу сказать об улучшении все таки данного отделения, посылки стали доставляться быстрее и обслуживание начали делать хоть какое то более человеческое, но все еще сделано не по людски, мест для ожидания почти нет, один стульчик и все, помещение очень маленькое, район уже очень большой, неужели нельзя расширится или поставить постомат в отделении.

Я негодую!!! Все лето ждала важный документ, заглядывала в почтовый ящик, надеясь увидеть извещение. 26 августа начала розыск. Оказывается!!! Мое почтовое отправление вернулось в Питер!!!! Как так?!!! Оформлено было С Извещением!!! У Почты России много денег? Чтобы туда-сюда бандероли переправлять?
