Утром, днём очередей как правило нет, отправка / получение много времени не занимают. Вечером стараюсь не приходить, тратитил до часу времени. При отправке, наверное как и везде на почте, стараются продать доп. упаковку, ссылаясь на правила, я обычно отказываюсь, посылки все равно принимают, хотя и с притезиями. Ну видать их обязывают, или зарплата от этого зависит. Работу свою выполняют, за это им и спасибо!!! Хотелось бы чтоб электронная очередь работала, а то приходишь с оплаченной посылкой и стоишь в очереди, бывает до часу, хотя на сайте почты написано что должны принимать без очереди!

Раньше было хуже. Сейчас хоть работники стали порасторопнее. Однако всё так же зависают компьютеры, теряются посылки, операторы хамят, вечно всем недовольны. Всегда, когда иду на почту, морально готовлюсь к огромной вялотекущей очереди, в которой не соблюдается социальная дистанция, на половине людей нет масок. Операторы также носят маски не выше носа. Дезинфекция в зале не проводится, так как застоялый запах не меняется с годами, санитайзеров нет, а мы потом удивляемся, почему так много заболевших COVIDом... А рассадник-то вот он! Посылки приходят отовсюду, а на операторах нет перчаток.
