Неожиданно, но на сегодняшний день почта России одна из лучших компаний по доставке. Удобное приложение. Народу иногда много, но все с пониманием, без претензий.

Сотрудники вежливые, обслуживание быстрое. Единственное, что 1 раз не понравилось - записалась в отделение, приехала с другого конца города, а оно именно в этот день было закрыто и объявление было написано только на двери почты. Если бы в приложении было бы написано - было бы лучше, я бы не потратила 1,5 часа времени и 500 р на дорогу.

не доставили пенсию 21 ( срок доставки) 02 .2021. звоню в почту России, ответ: ждите до 16 пачтальоны загружены. в 16- ждите ,работают до 20. в 20: а по воскресеньям не доставляют. взяли данные составили обращение с вами свяжутся 22 или 24 . нет пенс

Удивляет каким низким может быть качество обслуживания в 2021 году. Девушки, работающие на почте, безусловно работают много и получают за это небольшие деньги. Но есть элементарные правила вежливости. Нужно здороваться, можно делать лицо попроще и не отвечать хамским тоном. Каждый раз посещая данное отделение, есть ощущение будто тебе делают огромное одолжение. А это все же сфера услуг, и тебе оказывают услуги за деньги. Не нравится работа- работайте в другом месте. Отвратительно
