Не приходят извещения, не по посылкам, не по письмам, потом просто приставы уже пишут, а первичное письмо вернулось отлежав. Поправьте ситуацию, что за отношение.

Раньше не любил местную почту и вообще не хотелось сюда, что-то заказывать и тд. Но сейчас там работает молодой человек (имени к сожалению не знаю, не обращал внимание). Очень приятный! Вежлив и понятно разъяснит, если возникают какие-либо вопросы! Очень хороший сотрудник. Радует, что подбор персонала вышел на новый уровень)

Хамское отношение, все происходит очень медленно, извещения приходят редко, а мелкие пакеты вообще получить проблематично. Постоянная очередь!

Перестали приходить извещения о поступлении почтовых отправлений. На мой вопрос: почему это происходит ?, был получен ответ, что у них нет почтальона. Хотя по их же правилам, я должен прийти в отделение с заполненным извещением. По этой причине чуть было не отправили обратно пришедшие на мое имя посылки, т. к. "вышел срок хранения". Попытался добиться правды, но со мной перестали общаться.

Раньше это отделение было гиблым местом для клиентов... Сейчас - другое дело, перемены к лучшему налицо. Осталось стабилизировать коллектив и чуть сдвинуть время инкассации с часа пиковой нагрузки к концу работы. Желаю успехов! Время инкассации не сдвинули. Гиблое место ок. 19 час.
