Здравствуйте! Скажите пожалуйста – когда начнёт работать почта на Гайдара-30 в Дзержинске??? С 1 октября 2020 года из Суда были отправлены мне два простых письма, до сих пор их нет. В мае 2020 года из Суда мне было отправлено два письма - одно им вернулось, а второе до сих пор идёт. Два года назад у них затерялась каким-то образом моя Доверенность сроком на один год, а прошло к тому времени полгода. Лет пять назад очень ценная посылка у них пролежала целый месяц, пока сама хозяйка за ней не пришла. Очень ценные продукты испортились и, естественно, настроение и нервы. Никаких Уведомлений, Никаких писем. У всех знакомых и соседей такая же история. БЕЗОБРАЗИЕ!!!!! Зачем Вы платите зарплату сотрудникам этой почты, сократите её; мы лучше на Главную почту будем ходить. И Вам экономия и нам спокойнее, и прогуляться лишний километр не повредит.

Ужасная почта. Ничего не делает. Отслеживаемые посылки лежат на почте на стортировке уже месяц. Заказала две посылки из одного и того же сайта. Они вместе шли и вместе пришли на почту. Одну выдали, а другая на сортировке, видите ли! Ужасно! Ничего не делают! Извещение не присылают, смс не шлют. Хамят и грубят всем. Очень много очереди еле двигается. Закрыть её нужно.
