Столько негатива конечно, люди это ваш человеческий фактор. Вовремя не пришли, где то что то не прочитали...!! Нормальная почта, и отправка и доставка. Очередь по талонам, относительно быстро. Вы приедьте в область и зайдите там в почтовое отделение, вот прошлый век огромных очередей и долгих размышлений, а туда ли я приехал)

Моей жене не выдали мою посылку.раньше все нормально было штрих чикнули пришел код.сказал его оператору и все.сейчас какую то электронную доверенность нужно.по телефону оператор со мной даже не стал разговаривать.мол хотел сказать заболел не могу я придти лично.человеческого отношения ноль.бюрократы хреновы

Организация работы 137 отделения связи отвратительная. Не работает терминал электронной очереди, посетители сами формируют несколько разных "очередей". Операторы работают медленно, на просьбы выполнять свои прямые обязанности не реагируют, на замечания начинают врать что "зависли компьютеры" и "они сейчас заняты". Звонить на телефон "горячей линии" бесполезно, только послушаете музыку и "подождите немного" Начальница отделения бессмысленно ходит вперед-назад, на бардак в работе внимания не обращает и на возмещение посетителя не реагирует. Никаких мер не предпринимается. Кстати и обращения к вышестоящим начальникам почты приводит лишь только к получению отписок в том роде, что "а они ничего не могут сделать, вы сами во всем виноваты". Запасайтесь безмерным терпением при посещении 137 отделения связи.

Когда начнёте работать, как положено? По регламенту? Очереди, бесконечные, терминалы работают с перебоями, информация для посетителей, малодоступна! Стыдно, за почту России!
