13 ноября произошла очень неприятная ситуация. Приехала на такси с дачи моя сестра Милочка к 9 часам утра, получать пенсию на почту, как всегда. Т.к. она проживает на даче, было написано заявление о выдаче пенсии на почте. Получив почтальон пенсию для всех, ушла выдавать по домам , но она знала , что пожилая, больная женщина ждёт её для выдачи своей пенсии и пенсии мужа инвалида у которого не ходят ноги. Но [b]начальница этого отделения запретила почтальону выдать пенсию на почте.[/b]Пенсию ей выдали только после 12 часов, когда вернулась почтальон. По какому праву начальник этого отделения заставила ожидать больную пенсионерку больше 3-х часов, хотя у неё было написано заявление о выдаче пенсии на почте т.к. она проживает на даче и после получения пенсии оплачивала коммунальные услуги на почте , чтобы не подниматься лишний раз на высокий этаж т.к больные ноги. Хотелось бы , чтобы такое не повторялось никогда и относились к людям по человечески, с пониманием, ведь до этого случая всегда выдавали сразу. А ведь 13 ноября был День Доброты..... Ставлю 3 только за отношение начальницы к пожилым людям
