Раньше был бардак в этом отделении. Последние пару лет порядок поднавели. Очереди если и есть, то небольшие. Персонал вежлив. Работают нормально. Бывают конечно глюки с посылками, но если что-то и залежалось, то сами звонят и просят зайти забрать. Есть над чем работать, но в целом хорошее отделение.

Пару лет назад сделали ремонт, наверное, это связано с работой федерального представительства, до этого было все печально. С сотрудниками проблем никогда не было, может мне везло, сейчас они сами не в восторге от ограничений. Вопросы бывают разные, долго работают с теми клиентами, кто за один раз хочет получить письмо, купить доширак и оплатить коммуналку за 5-10 квартир, по чисто почтовым услугам все оперативно.

Отправлял из этого отделения письмо, на всё ушло где-то 10 минут включая ожидание, один человек в очереди передо мной. По времени посещения, было пол девятого утра, в отделении было полным полно народу, но по всей видимости они стояли за пенсией в отдельной очереди. Насколько помню работали все окна.

Доброе утро! отправили отправление в Ленинский районный суд еще 22.03.2018г. Сегодня 09.04.2018г. все еще отправление находится на почте. Хотя в суде говорят что носят каждый день им письма. Ужас. Написали уже жалобу на сайте почты и опять неделя прошла и тишина. Наверное у начальника данной почты нет соответствующей квалификации и работоспособности, а раз нет надо таких увольнять.
