Ждала посылку, 3 месяца ходила и уточняла, не пришла ли. Говорили нет, нет и не было. В результате пришло уведомление на бумажке заберите со стороны двора. И что? прихожу к 9.10. ( по графику работают с 9.00) Из работников только уборщица. Спасибо, она предупредила , что так рано не приходит никто. Для чего график работы? Как можно было посылку 3 месяца не находить. А потом вдруг о ней вспомнить.

А почему оценка только положительная? жуткая почта....вечное хамство,ожидание в очереди такое что можно состариться...... работники вечно что то теряют... за всю мою историю получения извещений ну это где то порядка 15-20 правильно фамилию написали не более двух раз.....ребят это уже не смешно....

Хуже не придумаешь! Часто получаю посылки, но с почты не всегда приходят извещения и кто за это отвечает неизвестно! Если мне на эл. почту не приходит от отправителя номер отправления, то я и не в курсе пришла мне посылка или нет! Уже несколько оплаченных посылок отправили назад! Иногда посылки отправляют назад раньше положенных 30 дней хранения. С хамством, игнором и очень долгим обслуживанием тоже столкнулась.
