Медленно, но верно меняется в лучшую сторону. Изменилось обслуживание, отремонтировали отделение. Стало гораздо лучше.

Электронная очередь не работает, полтора человека обслуживают людей. Самая ущербная в городе почта и это центр, и это в период коронавируса.

ПО № 77 расположено в 9 этажном жилом доме. Сделан ремонт, всегда очень чисто, светло. В зале расположены почтовые ящики для получения корреспонденции. Очереди бывают, но незначительно, в основном когда идет отправка заказной корреспонденции от юридических лиц. Очень много пенсионеров оплачивающих коммунальные услуги. В зале стоят компьютер для выхода в интернет. Услуги стандартные для почты - оплата коммунальных услуг, прием и отправка корреспонденции, посылок, продажа газет, открыток, журналов, оформление подписки и т.д.

выросла на территории этого почтового отделения. Приличное помещение, в меру вежливый персонал. Всегда к услугам абонентские ящики, всегда позволяли самим искать свое письмо в куче чтоб не задерживать очередь. На почте как всегда есть в продаже печатная продукция, с недавнего времени появились компьютеры где видимо можно посидеть в интернете, не интересовалась. Принимают коммунальные платежи, причем обслуживают лучше чем в еркц. Персонал вежливый, все чисто)

Как ни придешь, регулярно очередь, все время проходят вне этой очереди, и сотрудники спокойно обслуживают, ничего никого не смущает вообще. Автомат электронной очереди не работает уже по ощущениям полгода. Работают медленно, как и в любой почте России. Пользоваться услугами неприятно, долго и непродуктивно.
