Тупее организации я не знаю!!!! Ржака полная. Обращаюсь редко. Стараюсь отправлять коммерческими службами. Отправлял документацию из Питера, Москвы, Уфы. Везде все одинаково. Письма идут от2 недель и более. А уведомления можно вообще не дождаться. Доходит до смешного. Я разыскиваю, где застряло письмо, нахожу и отправляю человека его забрать. А если так не сделал то его потеряют.

Почта у нас занимается всем, кроме самой почтовой работой. Когда уже уберут кассовые операции, такие как коммунальные платежи, интернет, телевидение и т.п.? Если народ недоволен обслуживанием, предложите альтернативу! Не можешь справиться - другие помогут, не будьте монополистами!

Данное отделение, мягко говоря ГУМНО! Сотрудники бы*дло! Обслуживание никакое! То теряют посылки, то хамят, то на куй шлют, в прямом смысле этого слова.

Недолго мы радовались электронной очереди и новшествам горячей линии, когда можно было вызвать сотрудника в случае большой очереди. На днях пришло уведомление о том, что на моё имя пришёл подарок от одной компании, постоянным клиентом которой я являюсь. Они каждый год поздравляют нашу семью с Новым годом и дарят небольшие сувениры. Но не в этом суть. Я пришла на почту в обеденный перерыв, а там стоит огромная толпа, непонятно, кто первый, кто последний. Все ругаются, посылки выдаются и принимаются только в одном окне. Я все понимаю, большой праздник, большая загруженность. Но неужели нельзя на этот период открыть ещё одно окно выдачи??? Бедная сотрудница уже настолько измучена, что вот-вот упадёт без сил. Ужасно, руководство Почты России совершенно не заботятся ни о сотрудниках, ни о клиентах.
