Самое лучшее почтовое отделение Уфы! Операторы работают быстро, с клиентами внимательны и вежливы. Почтальон, обслуживающая нашу улицу - Шакшинскую, замечательная! Не знала, что почта вообще так работать может. Два года уже живем и не нарадуемся!

Посылки из Китая отследились на этой почте, придя на почту, офигела-сотрудники категорически отказались проверить посылки по номеру отслеживания. Посылка пришла ещё 24 декабря 2020 года, что ясно указано на сайте отслеживания. Я пришла 6! января. Полный отказ! Причем, сразу две посылки пропали!!!! Где мои посылки, а?

Отправляли письмо на это отделение, почтальон протаскал письмо непонятно где, на почте говорили что письма нет. По итогу спустя месяц письмо вернули отправителю - мне. По приложению видно что оно у почтальона, тогда почему письмо не было передано получателю. Адрес корректный. Очень недоволен услугами почты. Если бы тут можно было выражаться матом, отзыв был бы в два раза длиннее.

Никогда не здороваются , даже в ответ. Разговаривают отвратительным тоном. Не нравится работать таким сотрудникам? Есть выход - увольнение. Говорят что посылки нет пока настойчиво не просишь поискать.
