Удобный график работы. Работают и в выходные дни, людей практически нет по субботам и в воскресенье, очень удобро.

Хорошее отделение. Было. Теперь половину зала ожидания занимает аптека, банк и стеллаж с печеньем. Электронная очередь раньше работала через раз, а теперь я смотрю экраны над окнами пропали. Жаль. Хорошее было отделение.

очень прошу починить терминал который должен выдавать талоны, люди в очередях путаются, начинаются конфликты, перед новым годом окон работает мало.

Быстрое обслуживание, но к вечеру наплыв посетителей в связи с этим приходится постоять изрядно в очереди)) ,на мой взгляд данное отделение почты лучше посещать где-то с 10:00 до 12:00

Работники отделения адекватные без заскоков))объяснят могут помочь заполнить формы если что то не допонял без психов подскажут как правильно.

После установки системы с терминалом для выдачи талонов и дисплеев с номером и озвучкой очередного талона и номера окна, стало значительно приятнее обслуживаться, чем с живой очередью, да и работники почты почему то почти перестали рычать и не по доброму смотреть на посетителей. Однако теперь ремонт почтового отделения (сказали месяца на 3, т.е. аж до августа). На время ремонта почтовое отделение перенесли по адресу Офицерская 6а, и опять живая очередь.
