За полтора года отправил 4 бандероли в это отделение. Все чудесным образом с концами пропали после самарской сортировки (следующим местом назначения были именно почтовое отделение 443124). Начальник отделения на обращение (отправленное заказным письмом) по этому вопросу просто не отвечает.

Смысл жаловаться на длинные очереди, если это в большей мере зависит от потока людей чем от самих сотрудников??? Мне никогда не хамили, сотрудницы спокойно выполняли доп. просьбы типа проверки посылок на мое имя, помимо основной услуги. Принимаю здесь посылки с Али, а так же отправляю в другие страны, сотрудники адекватно реагируют на посылки и помогают с оформлением. (В другом отделении оператор вообще не знала, что США и Америка это одно и то же, и мне было очень страшно, дойдет ли в итоге посылка, оформленная ей до адресата). Да, нет очереди по талонам, что немножко не удобно в условиях особенно больших очередей, разве что за это сниму звезду

К руководителю претензия:почему работает только одна касса?Очереди огромные,все долго и нудно. К работникам почты претензий нет,девочки выполняют свою работу. Сделайте электронную очередь,не будет путаницы,а то стоишь в одно окно час,а потом выясняется,что нужно в другое
