20 лет пользуюсь услугами 117 отделения почты. Всегда прекрасное обслуживание. Персонал меняется, но остаётся вежливое, корректное, а главное, оперативное обслуживание. Ни одного неразрешенного вопроса : все чётко, во всех подробностях расскажут и покажут. Спасибо!

Кто придумал такой график работы???? Все отделения работают с 8 до 20 ч., у нас же с 9 до 18 ч. Как можно попасть на почту если в это время большинство людей находятся на работе как и вы?! Это получается надо работать до 16 ч., чтобы успеть добраться с работы и дойти до почты???? Ужасно, просьба обратить внимание на график и сделать уже наконец-то УДОБНЫЙ график ДЛЯ ЛЮДЕЙ.

К сожалению я столкнулась с очень неприятной ситуацией. Мои родственники из Германии решили мне сделать сюрприз и отправили мне посылку не уведомив меня об этом, НО ОНИ ЖЕ НЕ ЗНАЛИ ЧТО С НАШЕЙ ПОЧТОЙ ТАК ДЕЛАТЬ НЕЛЬЗЯ !!! В результате посылка пролежала месяц как и положено по регламенту почтовой службы на почте, мне же никто не принес ни первичное ни вторичное извещение на получение посылки (почтовый ящик у меня хороший и извещение из него просто не могло пропасть). Перед новым годом, примерно 25.12.2020, родственники поинтересовались получили ли мы посылку, которая была отправлена 9 ноября и узнав что мы ничего не получили были шокированы... Мы попросили трек код посылки для отслеживания ее нахождения (вот он CY536050855DE) и увидели всю историю ее передвижения. Я пришла на почтовое отделение в надежде что с помощью руководителя возможно вернуть посылку которая в этот момент прибыла на таможню. Мне пообещали что сделают возврат и через неделю я получу свою посылку, но увы, посылка пролежав полторы недели на таможне ушла в германию. Я очень жалею о том что я сразу не написала заявление о возврате посылки и халатной работе нашей почты России, мне очень не хотелось перед новым годом портить настроение всем, была надежна что все решится по хорошему, но увы мне моя посылка вильнула хвостом и сюрприз не удался...
