У меня на телефоне установлена программа "Почта России". Когда приходит посылка или др. почтовое отправление, то на телефон приходит СМС о том, что посылка прибыла в отделение. Неделю назад, 09.02.21г. мне на телефон пришло подобное извещение. На следующий день я иду на почту в надежде получить посылку по трек-коду, но мне говорят, что это мелкий пакет и он уже передан почтальону, который опустит его в почтовый ящик. Ладно, в ящик, так в ящик. По прошествии шести дней (не увидев в почтовом ящике никакого мелкого пакета), 14.02.21г. я снова иду на почту, где мне утверждают, что пакет был вручен адресату (отпущен в почтовый ящик). На мои уверования, что я ни какого отправления в виде мелкого пакета не получал, мне сообщили, что 15.02.21г. в 10.00 директор и обслуживающий почтальон подойдут и покажут как была осуществлена доставка. Естественно, никто не пришел. Сегодня, 16.02.21г. я снова пошел в данное почтовое отделение, но мне начальник отделения попытался доказать, что посылка была опущена в ящик! Но зная, что в посылке и объяснив, что она просто не пролезет в щель почтового ящика (ящик закрывается), начальник сразу "съехал" на то, что они не ведут учёт кому из почтальонов выдано данное отправление и что за простые отправления они ответственности НЕ НЕСУТ!!! ВОТ ТАК-ТО!!! Так что, Господа, могу сделать вывод, что на данном почтовом отделении существует "ЧЁРНАЯ ДЫРА" в которую, иногда, "улетает" корреспонденция, и сотрудники которых не интересует ни репутация данной организации, ни мнение клиентов! Так что, будьте внимательны, заказывая какие-либо отправления на данное почтовое отделение # 81. Всем удачи и терпения!
