Радует электронная очередь. Нет бойни за место в очереди и воплей на все помещение «кто последний». Заторы бывают, но редко ожидание больше 15 минут, только если отправка посылок больших. Почтальон Мария нашего участка так вообще золото! Звонит когда приходит на мобильный, отдает все в руки.

Просто ужасные работники,никакой вежливости,закатывают глаза,когда задаешь вопрос,сами нормально ответить не могут,куда то торопятся хотя я была одна из поситителей👎👎

Это портал в ад, а не почта! Сотрудницы настолько глупые, что не могут найти письмо 🤦🏻‍♀️ Вы туда по объявлению что ль набрали??? Отвратительно

Жалоба на работу сотрудников Почты России по адресу Самара, Гагарина 35. 29 июля получил отказ в отправке посылки - обычный стакан в двойной твердой упаковке и специальной упаковочной пленке. Официального документа, запрещающего отправлять, сотрудник почты предоставить не смог, решение принято на ее усмотрение. Обращение к руководителю отделения не помогло. При этом, женщине, которая передо мной пыталась отправить посылку, также было отказано по причине связанной с упаковкой. То есть сотрудники почты на свое усмотрение принимают или не принимают посылки, при этом никаких действий по предложению, дополнительно упаковать посылку не высказывают!

Хорошие люди, лучше тех кто в очереди к ним. Очень оперативны и приветливы, особенно молодые, бережно к пожилым относятся. Дай Бог им терпенья и здоровья с нами!
