Отвратительно работают, медленно, принимает чаще всего одно окно, постоянно огромные очереди. Что самое странное есть ещё сотрудники, но они не считают нужным обслуживать людей, ходят как сонные тетери болтают о своём. Не пора ли что то менять!

Жаль нельзя поставить "0". Ужасное отделение, два окна из трёх работает, очень медленно и одна очередь на два окна, что за бред? Нельзя сделать одно окно на выдачу посылок, другое на выдачу пенсии, вот стоишь и ждёшь 1.5 часа пока все пенсию получат, чтоб забрать посылку, поставьте терминал с выдачей талонов!

Один раз посылку потеряли, хотя квиток пришел, чтобы шел получал посылку. Теперь новая фишка извещения посылках оказываются совсем в других подъездах нашего дома. Благо соседи по подъездам порядочные. сказали , что у них лежат мои извещения. Это какой то капец. Первое извещение на товар суммой 5560руб, второй на 3458руб. Отлично, Эйс Винтура отдыхает..

Очень плохое отделение, часы работы с 8-19, начинают работать с 9, после 18 письма уже не принимают, работники грубые...

Ужасное отделение почты. Из всех окон работает чаще всего только одно! Тем самым собирая большие очереди. "Черная дыра". Хочешь потерять уйму времени зайди в 52 отделение почты! Хочется надеяться что в скором времени там будет порядок с обслуживанием!

Даю этому отделению две звезды, большинство сотрудниц вежливые и очереди небольшие. Сегодня я решил позвонить в отделение почты, трубку взяла женщина и сходу начала Хамить. В итоге обещала перезвонить и не перезвонила. Все настроение испортила!
