Большое спасибо оператору Умненковой Татьяне Юрьевне! Очень четко, быстро и качественно делает свою работу! Остальные не шевелятся что-то. Большая часть очереди постоянно переходила именно к ней. Побольше бы таких работников!!!!

Электронная очередь, обслуживают быстро, много стульев для ожидания. Конечно, среди других организаций такой сервис - это норма, но вот для Почты Росии это прям прорыв какой-то. Это лучшее отделение в Пензе (из тех, что я посещал, конечно).
