Сарай, очереди, неудобное расписание. Опять с нового года изменили расписание работы, а на сайте по прежнему прописано старое расписание.

Постоянно меняется график, невозможно угадать когда можно забрать посылку. Был в начале июня, приехал в 15:00. Оказалось что работают с 9:00-12:00. Приехал 3 июня в 9:00, оказалось что работают с 10:00 до 16:00, как указано на сайте.

График работы не приемлемый... Приходится ждать субботы, т.к. в рабочее время не могу попасть. Подняли бы зарплату сотрудникам, чтоб работали хотя б до 18.00

С тех пор как примерно год назад ушли две сотрудницы, одна перевелась, а другая ушла в декретный отпуск, график работы отделения стал меняться как погода в субтропиках. Я уже не вспомню точное число изменений в режиме работы данного отделения, но не меньше 4-х раз это точно. В данное время режим работы с вообще вызывает удивление, они работают с понедельника по субботу с 10:00 до 17:00, обед с 13:00 до 14:00, среда и воскресенье - выходной. Как, как с таким режимом работы можно попасть в отделение человеку, который работает шесть дней в неделю с 9:00 до 18:00. Другие отделения в городе работаю до 19:00 некоторые до 20:00, почему 23-е отделение работает не так как остальные, кто дал ему право устанавливать произвольный режим работы? По качеству услуг замечаний нет... Сколько раз я не обращался на горячую линию или в главный офис города Пензы ни чего не меняется... Вообщем ни кто не идет навстречу. Надеюсь Почта России обратит внимание на данный отзыв!
