Те, кто ставит низкую оценку по той причине, что отделение ДАЛЕКО расположено от дома, ОТДЫХАЕТ во вторник или закрыто прямо КАЖДЫЙ раз как вы подошли (камон, посмотрите заранее график работы), просьба не ссориться с мозгами. Я как и все наслышана про не очень вежливое отношение во всех почтах РФ, но знаете, если вы по хорошему, то и к вам по доброму. Для меня это правило работает. За шесть лет обращения в это отделение я ни разу не столкнулась с грубостью. И сейчас как бы можно в приложении записываться на определенное время, 21 век на дворе, ребят. Время вечного нытья и очередей в прошлом.

Ужасно. Сотрудники заканчивают рабочий день на 15 минут раньше времени. Длинная очередь, работа отделения очень похожа на мультик "Звероплис".

Очень странные сотрудники, с двойными стандартами в голове: звонишь спросить, по какому графику работает отделение, грубо выкрикивают: "Карантин!", хотя в регионе карантина нет, а если данный сотрудник обязан соблюдать карантин, то почему он пришёл на работу?.. Выпроваживают из отделения, так как "дистанция", но сами стоят вплотную к друг другу. Не заинтересованы в оперативном обслуживании - снабжены техникой и рабочими местами, но работают по одному, да ещё на работу приходят с опозданием в полчаса - ничего страшного, что на улице очередь, главное внутри отделения "карантин".

Только что звонила туда, чтобы узнать пришли ли коробки Avon. Ответ был ооочень грубый!!! Разговаривать с людьми вообще там не умеет походу...
