Пришёл в отделение, стоял не долго, сказали не работает программа. Вывески большой нет , понять человеку который ищет почтовое отделение очень трудно, информация только на двери.

Самое медленно и раздражающее обслуживание из всех мне попадавшихся! Дикие очереди. Даже когда пришел и оказался единственным, простоял на получении посылки полчаса! Кошмарно.

3 октября 2018 года пришло извещение на получение письма из этого отделения. Ну я посмотрела режим работы на бланке извещения, в котором указано "без перерыва", пришла к 13:00 в это отделение и увидела прикрепленный скотчем листок формата А4 с текстом "обед с 13:00 до 14:00" (см.фото). Думаю, ладно, может бланки старые... Не до конца въехав, выхожу на улицу и смотрю на табло - "без перерыва" (см.фото). Пришлось ждать открытия целый час (спасибо Жар Свежар, а то замерзла бы от холода). В два часа зашла в отделение и забрала письмо. 08 октября позвонила на горячую линию и оставила НЕ анонимное обращение №10004269687. Сегодня 24 ноября, а ответ так и не поступил ни на электронную почту, ни на домашний адрес. Имеется аудиозапись звонка, в которой сотрудник колцентра сказал: "ответ будет представлен максимум в течение 30 календарных дней на адрес, который Вы указали". Ну и где же он? Я каждый день проверяю электронную почту и почтовый ящик, однако там пусто. Прошу разобраться в ситуации. P.S. Имеются фотографии с нарушением режима работы; аудиозапись разговора с сотрудником коллцентра; электронное письмо с номером обращения, присланное Почтой России. Если ситуация не изменится - пишу в Роскомнадзор.
