Ужасное отделение,даже посылку выдать не могут,просто "где я буду искать посылку,у меня их много" сказала бабуля пенсионного возраста,и начальница жующая и общающаяся с клиентом...отвратительное обслуживание,пусть себе оставят посылку,никогда не приду именно в это отделение,им есть чему поучиться у отделения 420025 в советском районе.

Самое законченное отделение! Если соскучился по Совку, посещение обязательно и нахамят и надменное лицо сделают. Никто из персонала не знаком с "клиентоориентированностью", когда общаешься с горячей линией вроде все хорошо, но всегда оставляют наихудшее впечатление. Именно поэтому и процветают коммерческие перевозки, а почта россии теряет деньги, так держать!

Просто ужас!!!! С этим терминалом стало ещё хуже. Оператор вообще не торопиться. Клиент отошел уже минут как 5,а следующего даже не думают вызывать.
