Работа отделения не налажена должным образом. Постоянно у них что-нибудь не работает: то компьютеры зависли, то нет штрих-кодов, то ещё чего-нибудь. В результате, на весь день парализуется работа всего отделения. Очереди постоянно огромные, терминал, который выдаёт электронные талончики, работает через раз, никто не чинит его, в итоге очереди, толкотня. Хоть бы прислушались к отзывам и исправили ситуацию.

К сожалению, не могу сказать ни одного доброго слова ( 15 минут, очередь не продвинулась ни на одного человека , для служебных писем , возможно , стоит выделить одно окно, чтоб хотя бы второе обслуживало людей, о третьем даже речи не идет, чаще всего работает одно, реже два, всегда огромные очереди , люди ждут, теряют время и уходят , нужно заняться организацией , ставлю единицу , хотя и это много.
