трубку не берут т/ф !!я никакого когда просишь конверт отвечают нет сдачи,мелочи ((и т.п( за посылками не следят 1 письмо не дошло из пензы!.

Отделение стало намного лучше в последнее время. Судя по всему, персонал сменился. Вежливые, выполняют свою работу (а не ищут поводы, как бы от нее увильнуть), идут навстречу, когда что-то нужно. Даже на телефон стали отвечать! В общем, огромная разница с тем, что было раньше.
