- извещения не доставляют, в принципе. за многие года этот показатель никак не меняется. неоднократные жалобы на эту проблему в УФПС ни к чему не привели. - электронная очередь почти никогда не работает - живая очередь в любое время сразу в 3 окна, причем в этих окнах вместе со всеми обслуживают и прием юридических лиц, и прием партиционной почты, а "физики" каждый раз должны ждать по 40 минут минимум. - жуткий гул от стоящего в помещении банкомата "почка-банки", видимо, кулеры заросли мхом, но в болоте, такое обычно не чистят

Начиталась отзывов и готовилась к худшему. Пришла в будни в обед, обслужили очень вежливо и без очереди. Конвертов и упаковки действительно нет, нужно идти в другое отделение. Но вежливость сотрудников очень порадовала.

Никогда нет конвертов. Персонал злой, как будто я им что-то должна. Это их работа, надо относится нормально, а не так, как вы. В коронавирус должно быть 3 человека в здании, даже на двери это написано, но, вчера человек 10 было, может даже больше!

Наплевательское отношение к людям. На мое имя пришли в отделение три посылки. Мне не доставили ни одно извещение, не позвонили, не отправили смс. Подождали какое то время и отправили их обратно. Теперь посылок нет, деньги мне не возвращают. Я же еще виноват, что не отслеживал их в интернете. Финиш, жаловаться некуда, в отделении только ухмыляются.
