Ужасное отношение к гражданам. 11.12.2020 старшая по смене не могла даже пошевелиться в поисках письма, а работница (не старшая) после двух часов мотаний наконец нашла. Прошу провести беседу.

Дедушка сто раз мотался из больницы на почту, т.к. должны были прислать справку. Но пиьсма он не получил. Говорят письма нет - пошли обратно в больницу, там говорят отправили - приходим на почту снова говорят нет - снова пошли в больницу, там дали трек номер, после чего снова ж вернулись на почту. Старшая по смене 11.12.2020 не отвечала, лень было подняться и проверить письмо. После двух часов мотаний туда сюда, наконец девушка (не старшая) решила проверить архив и нашла это письмо. Хотя старшая даже не шевелилась. Очень плохое отношение к гражданам. Прошу провести беседу.
