Очень неудобное отделение. Почта почему-то направила мою посылку за 4 км от нужного отделения. Сотрудники - ужасные люди. Хамят всем: начиная от простых людей, заканчивая бабушками.

Уведомления не приходят вообще, за два года ни одного! Был один неприятнейший случай. Ждала большую посылку, но извещения не приходили и информации по отслеживанию тоже почему-то не было. Раз в неделю ходила на почту и спрашивала, нет ли на мое имя посылок. Говорили что ничего нет. Проходила так около месяца. В итоге, пришла как то спросить про посылку в очередной раз, а мне сказали что ее ОТПРАВИЛИ ОБРАТНО, так как она лежит уже МЕСЯЦ и ее никто не забирает! Я целый месяц ходила и спрашивала не пришла ли мне посылка и мне говорили Нет! И такой случай был на моем опыте не один. Это самое отвратительное отделение почты! Если есть возможность, не связывайтесь с этой почтой НИКОГДА!!!

У меня подруга живет на этой улице и поэтому , если что то требуется ходит в это почтовое отделение. Она рассказывала мне, что здесь почти всегда есть очередей. Этому почтовому отделению просто не хватает еще одних рабочих рук, тогда то и работа пошла бы быстрей и не выстраивались эти огромные очереди. А так в целом ей очень нравится это почтовое отделение.

Послушав отзывы знакомых о других почтовых отделениях нашего города, могу сказать, что наше 35ое работает очень даже не плохо. Очередь обычно есть, но движется быстро. Заметила, что с введением электронной очереди увеличилось количество сотрудников в опер.зале и обслуживание улучшилось. Лично у меня нет нареканий к работе отделения 35!

Во всем мире почтовые отделения стремятся активнее работать, чтобы дети смогли к Новому году получить подарки и только наше отделение уменьшило себе часы работы! Я 2,5 часа стояла в очереди за мелким пакетом. Очень впечатляет. За 2,5 часа обслужили 12 человек, скорость колоссальная!

Про оповещение о посылках вообще молчу. Только сегодня узнала, что моя посылка 8 декабря приехала в почтовое отделение! Сегодня 23 число. Ни одного уведомления я не получила. Изумительная почта России.
