Хотелось бы оставить оценку минус 5 звёзд. Получала посылку , заполнила извещения о получение и расписалась . После чего мне выдали посылки 2шт , под одной из которых была наклейка не на мое имя. С просила что мне с этим делать на что мне сказали сами разбирайтесь , вы расписались за свою посылку а то что она не ваша , это не наши проблемы. Заведующей отделением не оказалось на рабочем месте в рабочее время , как сказала сотрудница отказавшаяся представиться «она отошла по личным делам» Странная контора эта почта России! Цирк абсурда. Установили экран с талончиками, талончики не выдаёт так как на экран налеплена табличка работаем по живой очереди) Оптимизация ? Делаем среду доступной для населения ? Конечно нет ! Вы нам налоги заплатите , а мы вас пошлём в увлекательное пешее приключение на все три известных буквы алфавита !

Починили электронную очередь, вы думаете стало лучше? Нет! Одно окно, в которое идут и отправить и получить посылки. Одна работница сидит вся на взводе, не справляется, очередь 15 человек! Ей хотела помочь другая работница, но та сказала что электронная очередь оформлена только вот в это окно и второе окно никак не открыть. В офисе духота, работает тёплый кондер, окна закрыты, дышать нечем. Сами мучаются и людей мучают.

Постоянно очереди, бабки почему то всегда пруться в выходные, когда работающие приходят. Да и в будни битком, пр ходу никто и не работает. Отделение порой живёт своим расписанием, придёшь, а они уже закрыты раньше времени...
