Зашла с ребёнком получить посылку, пока стояли в очереди ребенок капризничал, на что я получила замечание от сотрудницы (блондинка): «не шуми», «успокойте ребёнка», «подождите на улице», в смысле??? Ребёнку 2 годика!!! Работайте быстрее, без очередей, это во-первых, во-вторых:кто она такая чтоб делать замечание моему ребёнку! Хотела пожаловаться начальнику, но как выяснилось она и есть начальник отделения! Прошу обратить внимание на эту хамку!
