Что бы там не говорили о Почте России, отделение работает замечательно. Электронные очереди. Свежий ремонт. Площади стало больше, ушла теснота и духота.

Прекрасное отделение связи! Тихо, спокойно, никаких скандалов и километровых очередей. Вежливое обслуживание. Электронная очередь. Приятно обслуживатьсяна такой почте, когда все сделано грамотно и для людей. Мне есть с чем сравнить. До недавнего времени обслуживалась всегда в 37 отделении. Это просто трэш! Шла за посылками каждый раз как на каторгу. Там постоянно крики, скандалы, очереди по часу нужно выстаивать. А если, не дай бог, высказать свое недовольство обслуживанием, то такого наслушвешься от персонала почты и в том числе от директрисы, что лишний раз подумаешь, заходить ли туда вообще.

Давно не была в этом отделении и была приятно удивлена ремонтом в помещении, все чисто, все на своих местах. Когда я пришла, людей почти не было. Работницы очень вежливые и приветливые. Быстро и понятно получилось отправить посылку. Пожелала хорошего дня сотрудницам почты на прощание) ведь сколько обидных слов они за день слышат, пусть передают хорошее настроение дальше!

отправил посылку весом 1300 гр, пришла посылка массой 1070 гр. а по губам не поводить? видимо при приемки посылки накрутили вес для переплаты

Отправляла посылку, большой очереди не было, моя электронная очередь подошла минут через десять ожидания, хотя я очень переживала, что будет толпа в предновогодние дни. Может от времени зависит, я была около 16 часов. Обслуживала достаточно вежливая сотрудница - Сербина Ирина Сергеевна.
