Из всех почтовых отделений, в которых мне приходилось бывать в г. Новороссийске (порядка 5-6 шт), это отделение самое ужасное: 1) крайне ленивый персонал, у которого действительно существует "свое" правило 5 заказных писем от юр.лиц. Но они пошли еще дальше и теперь даже ПРОСТЫЕ письма с уже наклеенными марками по весу отказываются принимать от юр.лиц, мотивируя это тем, что в главном отд.почты есть специальное окно по работе с юр.лицами (НО! они забывают, что не все хотят заключать договора). А что самое интересное, так это то, что на ГОРЯЧЕЙ ЛИНИИ об этом впервые слышат, и говорят, что такие специальные окна открыли только в Москве в феврале 2017; 2) ко всему прочему, обслуживание в этом отделении проходит настоооолько медленно, что даже невозможно представить, чем работники там занимаются на самом деле, когда уходят за посылкой или работают на компьютере (пасьянс что ли раскладывают?); так медленно не работают даже стажеры на почте напротив Бригантины (хотя там то поток людей раз 5 больше чем здесь); 3) уже на протяжении 3 месяцев сломан уличный ящик для приема писем, и делать его по всей видимости никто не собирается. Упоминать недовольные лица операторов при виде людей, я думаю, даже не стоит. И плюнуть бы на это отделение, да живу я теперь в соседнем доме, и за письмами все равно приходится ходить туда.

Очень ужасное обслуживание, 1 оператор принимает платежи и выдает посылки, еще 1 ходит нечем не занимается и в итоге они приостанавливает обслуживание в 6 вечера, чтоб собрать инкассацию!!!! Куча людей, большая очередь!!! Работают медленно!!!!
