Наймете вы уже наконец почтальона. Посылки приходят, о том что они приходят никакого извещения нет. Потом отправляете обратно. Мне что каждый день ездить проверять!

Несколько лет посещаю данной отделение, в основном, получаю посылки из Китая. Раньше сервис был очень низким- из 3 окон работает одно, большие очереди, ждать приходилось по несколько часов, либо приходить под закрытие. Сегодня при посещении был приятно удивлен- появилась электронная очередь, работает 3 окна, в ожидании не больше 10 человек, очередь продвигается весьма проворно. Возможно, руководство Почты России начинает пересматривать стратегию развития компании, в том числе в сторону улучшения качества сервиса. Огромное спасибо им за оснащение электронной очередью данного почтового отделения! Надеюсь, данная практика будет повсеместной и оборудование не будет часто ломаться! ))
