Доброжелательные сотрудники, стараются внимательно и быстро обслужить клиента. Бываю в этом отделении как минимум один раз в неделю и всегда довольна обслуживанием.

Просто ужаснейшее место, по большей части из-за посетителей. Жители Краснодара, вы чего такие злые? Заходишь на эту почту, как в банку со змеями. Держите себя в руках вы же всё-таки люди. А сотрудники очень ленивые, открыток, которые отправляются с марками по почте очень мало! Больше в это отделение ни ногой, и нормальным людям ходить туда не советую, только злым с недовольными лицами

Отвратительно. 20 человек в очереди, они закрыли кассы оставили одну. Люди часами стоят. Наплевательское отношение к людям. Грубые работники. Фу.

Все плохо. Места и так было немного, а сейчас там почтабанк и полки с товарами. Чаще всего очереди. Терминал не работает почти никогда. Картой оплатить можно не все услуги. Часто приносят извещения, когда уже получил посылку или с задержкой. Персонал, в целом, хороший. На самом деле, больше претензий к руководству, чем к самому отделению, но я оцениваю итоговый результат получения услуг

13.01.18 в промежуток времени с 12 до 13 часов купили конверт и отправили письмо в Новороссийск , сказали доставка займёт пару дней , прошло уже 16 дней , письмо так и не доставлено (((

Да ладно вам, 40е отделение лучшее после Центрального, чисто ( относительно), персонал вполне адекватный, с детьми пропускают, стою в очереди максимум 30 минут в зависимости от времени дня. Давно не живу не на Ставропольской, а в районе 40 лет победы, но выписываю все именно туда, потому что стоять в местных реально не в кайф, простите. О!один минус,ручки новые надо повесить, а то их мало осталось,а с собой не всегда есть. Всем спасибо
