Быстрое обслуживание, на мое удивление нет скопления людей, помогут всегда оформить бланки. Вежливое обращение к пенсионерам что не мало важно в наше время. Очень удобный почтамат с озоном. Доставки вб и авито. И очень вкусные шоколадки

Ситуация следующая: заказывал посылки с указанием собственного адреса, почтовый индекс дома 350012, по логике посылка должна придти в это отделение (№12) и сортировка направляет посылку в это отделение, НО данное отделение, как выяснилось, кладет БОЛТ на логику и не признает мой дом( не обслуживает). Далее перенаправляет посылку в отделение №53 которое: 1. Находится значительно дальше 2. Поездка сопровождается длительными пробками И вот вопрос, зачем делать двойную работу себе и заставлять людей ждать дополнительные пересылки? Моя попытка решить этот вопрос ничем не закончилась, было предложено написать заявление на получение посылок в этом отделении, но со слов сотрудника: "сортировщики постоянно разные, по этому видя адрес моего дома, могут также перенаправить посылку". Мои варианты решения проблемы: 1. Начать отделению №12 обслуживать дома со своим почтовым индексом. 2. На этапе сортировки отправлять сразу в 53е отделение ( что разумеется глупо и не предпочтительно)
